Hi, my name is Evelynn. I’m 13 years old. I started this blog to promote local businesses supporting a farm to table approach and to try and review recipes using South Carolina products. Each one of my meals showcases local business’ products. I also wanted to explain my Pickle system. You can earn up to 5 pickles based on a 1-5 rating system, with five being the highest honor within the information listed. I rate the products based on their usability, flavor, and flair. Hopefully, by reading this blog, you find some of the best food and products South Carolina has to offer.
